Hi all,
I am looking for a good way to carry the tire. Weight is an important factor, $ is always matter, but it's one time thing, so I don't mind spending it for the right reasons.
For the pakmule, it looks real tough, and can carry lot of gears
Thanks for your inputs.

Pakmule Pro Cargo Carrier / Hitch Tire Swing / Full steel rear bumper with swings out
1. Cheapest one. Pakmule Pro Cargo Carrier Black - $1500 shipped

I already have a high GenY hitch, and thinking of using the third hole to get some ground clearance.

2. Hitch Tire Swing $2000 (Ultra Swing or Trail Swing)

3. Full steel rear bumper with swings out $ 3200
(Victory4x4 rear bumper + 2 swings out + tire mount )

The goal is to move the spare tire out from under the vehicle? Is there a reason such as bigger tires? 35s clear in stock location. I have gone through all 3. I still have the PakMule for cargo but sold the Rig’d swingout.

Thanks Dave, 35s clear in stock option?
Mine is only 33.4, and I don't think I need a tire carrier then.

In terms of of protection off roading? How useful is a rear bumper?

I have a 35x11.50 in the stock location. All I had to do to get it to fit was remove the hitch. I also then raised the spare for more clearance. A steel bumper obviously will offer more protection but that depends on how you use it and if that is really needed.

Yes, 35” tires will fit without the under bumper hitch. If you need a hitch, you can bolt one to the crossmember mount. Since you’re on 33s, you could run a setup like the one in this image, but for technical trails it’s better to relocate the spare. I’d recommend a rear bumper with a swing-out since on tough terrain you’ll end up leaving the PakMule behind, and the Rig’D sits too far off the body hurting departure angle.

I know I will regret, but I just ordered the Pakmule. I really don't want to carry all that weight in the back for little protection on extreme departure angle.
As for the tire carrier, I just use the Pakmule on fireroad, camping, and the like. For technical trails, i might just put the spare in the back of the truck :)

By the way, the stock spare tire carrier CAN NOT hold bigger tire unless the OEM hitch removed, and I am not willing to remove the hitch.

Can’t go wrong. Perfect for urban duty. Took mine on a trip from Dallas to Chicago.
