So I pulled my fuel regulator off my old fuel rail and there is a copper crush washer on it as well a o-ring. In the parts diagram it does not show these two items. Does anyone know if these are legit parts for installation of the fuel regulator? Also, if they are in fact legit parts can someone please post the part #s.

Not sure about the o-ring, but every fuel line connection I have ever broke apart had a copper gasket. The regulator is the big mushroom looking thing with a small screw in one end that is threaded into the end of the fuel rail, correct? If so, copper gasket yes, O-ring; no, if my memory serves me right.

Weird thing is you say it doesn't show on the disassembly diagrams. The gaskets are usually shown.

The pressure regulator is the one at the rear end of the fuel rail, there is a return line coming off it that sends excess fuel back to the tank, and a vacuum hose. You're correct, there is no separate copper gasket on the parts diagram. I've seen these gaskets at some decent parts stores (NAPA, etc), so you could take the old one with you to get a new one.

If you have a leak and you're in a pinch, you can reclaim the old copper washer by annealing it with a propane torch. This will remove the hardening that happens over time and get it soft again. Just heat it up till it's glowing then let it cool back down.

The one on the forward front end of the fuel rail (where the high pressure fuel line attaches) is the pressure dampener. These have separate gaskets available, the part number is 90430-17002. No idea if it's the same one or not.
