Fuel Pressure VSV Delete (2 Viewers)

Originally I did a full delete of the EGR, vapor can and fuel pressure VSV. Had a few hard starts over the summer, so I hooked up the fuel pressure VSV again and no more problems.

If you don't mind, what is your model year?
 
what would happen if I haven't deleted the VSV for fuel pressure, but there is a vacuum leak in the connection back to the intake?
