That's a great deal. It looks clean too. Timing belt won't be due for another 65k or so, and if all the rest of the maintenance is up to date and records in hand, its definitely worth a look.
You are correct about the 2000 vintage not having lockers. They have the A-TRAC instead. The 2000 LC's do require premium grade gas. We love our 100 series though.
