LOL. That's an OEM 4Runner Antenna Switch I installed so you can operate the Warn winch from inside the vehicle (instead of having to operate the winch with the hand-held controller, plugged into the winch, from the outside of the vehicle). And it had to be installed upside down so that the "up" and down" corresponded correctly to the direction the winch was moving. Actually saw it done on other 80s on the forum.
