For Sale FS: 1981 BJ44 - already Calfornia legal!

I am toying with the idea of parting with my beloved BJ44. I am relatively new to the forum, so I am completely open to input. I own a 1980 FJ40 and picked up this BJ44 a while back. I had planned to do a full restoration but a new job and a little girl are taking priority. I believe it is original exterior paint and upholstery. The previous owner tried to touch up the internal paint, but it couldn't definitely use some TLC. Overall great shape. It starts right up, runs well, and turns heads everywhere I drive it. I have gone through all the registration process in California, and it is ready to make someone grin ear to ear.

Here are some basic pictures taken a little while back. I am also posting the areas with the most significant rust as that was asked most frequently by interested parties here. I didn't get a shot of the rear door rust, but I also have a set of rear doors that are rust free which I was planning on installing. Also, someone mentioned they believe it was originally white based on the color code. This BJ44 runs like a starts right up and runs like a dream!
