Front wiper intermittent doesn't work. relay, switch or motor?

Hi all. My front wiper intermittent mode doesn't work. The full on works but it stops when turned off in random spots.
Does anyone know if this is a relay, switch or motor problem?
Also where is the relay for the front wiper?

Ih8mud has been a great resource to me on my repair journey. still learning. thank you for any help you can provide.
