Did my bushings this weekend and the old link had the washer welded on, the new one didn’t come with any washers I so reused one, but what’s the deal with the welded on piece? Is there a way to order a washer kit?

Most full kits come with the washers and bushings. I replaced OEM with Moog (first pic) for like $20 then later got the trail tailer links (second pic) and both had new bushings and washers

did you just order the OEM part by itself? If that's the case use your year and model to find the washers and bushings on a parts chart, or post your year/trim/country here

edit:
also i dont believe the factory washers were welded on, cant tell from the pic but that might just be stuck

yes for a 2006 LX470 here is the parts diagram:

the washer isnt welded

if all you have is the OEM link itself you will need these parts for each side
90948-02180 washer x2
90948-01003 bushing x2
94184-61001 nut x1

Thanks for those part numbers. I ordered off a list based off a users post here. There were so many separate parts it was hard to keep track, had to reuse some hardware.

The ones I pulled off had a tack weld on the inside.

Do you know the torque specs? Also the rear bushing with the linkage, were you able to get a torque wrench up in there? If I recall I could only fit a box wrench.

no torque wrench on any of them for me. Tighten the nut hand tight, then take the suspension off the lift. All four tires on the ground with full weight on the suspension.

Factory spec is like 17ft pd in front and 23ft pd in the rear iirc. I just tighten the nut til the bushing starts to marshmallow a little. There should be 3 or 4 threads showing at the top of the nut, check it again after 100 miles or so
