Cheap wenches are the best, they always work with rod bumpers. Especially in the San Fran!!!!!!

The winch plate is from Harbor Freight. It is also 1/4" A36 carbon steel.

The angles welded to the ends are 2" x 3" x 1/4" angle iron, A36 carbon steel.

The bolts holding it on are the bolts from the front bumper and the tow hooks.

I did not modify the grill to fit.

Yeah, my truck's getting rusty. I need to soak it in Fluid Film. I drive it every day and don't crawl under it enough to remind myself that is needs attention to that.

I got all paranoid about it. I got under there last week to take some measurements and realized my truck looks worse than one everyone here is telling the guy to part it out!

I do the same thing there’s always somebody out there with something better or newer. I just wanna have fun with my vehicle play in the dirt. I’ll try to get you some pictures I’m gonna start on my winch this weekend and incorporate your ideas
