Front impact bar

I have 2000 lx470 and I need to replace the front bumper impact bar

but ot appears that this part is not available. I checked various sites and I coudnt find it

This part is bend towards the left side where it meets the lower part of the front bumper and as it is bent, it is detached from the lower end of the bumper. I am wondering if I should leave it as it and fix the rest of the bumper assembly

should be pretty easy to find a used one, so many people replace their front bumpers with aftermarket
