front end noise

so when driving at 60 kph or more i hear a noise and vibration from my front drivers side tire area when turned. any ideas? i was thinking growly wheel bearings

Wheel bearings would be a good place to start. You failed to mention exactly what you are driving, but a wheel bearing will make noise when loaded (turning the steering wheel) before you ever experience any noise while going straight.

oops am driving a 89 extracab with a 22re seems to happen the most when light right pressure is put on.
