Folks need help and guidance regarding converting my BJ70 front axial upgrade from drum to disk setup, by the way i'm from India and i don't have much vehicle for reference. is 60 series disk break components compatible to do the job? please kindly help out.

Some of the 7* series do have brake drums all round (and 60 and 80 series). Its something the dealer principal can order from Toyota's option list for each market. I guess it saves money. You can also delete power steering and heating/aircon, tacho ect.
The front drum for a 7* series is the same part number 43512-60030 as some 40/45 series.

is 60 series disk break components compatible to do the job?

Im pretty sure the discs and calipers will be the same in the 84-90 years. The disc with the part number 43512-60040 is used on both 60 and 70 series. There are other part numbers but I doubt it will make much difference as long as all the parts come from the one vehicle.
Im not sure about the other parts like the stub axle ect.

I’ve been looking, and find the knuckle part number is the same for the 60’s and the 70’s.
IF the spindle from a disc front end will bolt on to the knuckle, then everything else for the disc would work?
Or do the drum knuckles not have the ears and threaded hole for the calipers? I’m wondering if it would be worth checking.
Also, do the outer birfields from the 70 and 60 axles have the same axle length to the hub?

BTW, rirajanant how is the big red truck? Still running okay?
