I purchased my 100 series 2 years / 30k miles ago (currently 235k miles)...it has not been well maintained. I finally get around to replacing the brakes / rotors and the rears were metal to metal on of the pads with others getting close. I started on the fronts today and the pads (on both sides) have almost zero wear (1 mill less material than brand new pads). Is it possible to only have 1 mill of wear over the past 30k miles?

Not if they are working properly. Have someone press on the brakes and see if you can turn the tire. I’d guess you need new calipers or they desperately need bleeding.

Unlikely if working properly. Are the pistons moving freely? Those slide pins don’t look great.

Did you do a bleed to check for any air in the system?
I have found that my rear pads do wear faster - about twice as fast as the front.

If they were working Id think they'd be pretty worn due to it appears the spring that helps to release the pads off the rotors has been missing
