Unloading cabinets out of the back of the Dodge and stepped down from the tailgate and landed with all my weight on my right foot. Landed where the curb transitions from the street to the sidewalk. Rolled my ankle and one of the ankle bones hit the concrete so hard that it chipped it and fractured the other one. Hurt like a bitch.

Kids are at camp and Julie is going on a rare girls trip with her high school buddies.

Was thinking of 100s in the hills but now that this weekend is open I might start looking at other options.

I've never done Red River NM.

Sunday: head up to Lake Village to get Michaela. She has been hiding out at the Lair all week. GOT @ 8.

Sunday fly out to San Diego a day early for my meeting. Rental
Car....full size was $8

Gonna hit the Midway them go hike the Cabrillo National Monument at sunset and try for some good photos.

Looking forward to some SoCal time.
