Friday: work, quiet night at home.
Saturday; work, red beans and rice @ Cherokee, Mother N law bday party, home to pack for KOH
Sunday: Take stuff to Jrob to haul out for KOH for us, chill out.
 
FRI: working in Greenville today, quiet night at home by the fire
SAT: piddle around house, maybe play with 40 wiring, dinner with O's
SUN: Church, hibernate

Lone Survivor was good. The book was WAY better. They did hollywood up alot of it. the rescue at the end did NOT go down that way.....whatever, I'm sure SEAL enlistees will go up (not that anymore will make it through the training pipeline)

Yeah. They spent too much time falling off the mountain and then did not spend enough time/effort to get the story on the Villagers V Taliban right. To me, that was the most remarkable part of the story.

It was way better than the last few SEAL flicks....

Agree......the fact the villagers stood their ground due to pashtuwan law was amazing.

Def an improvement over act of valor ( it depicted one team doing what 6 teams would have) I understand its for continuity but they lost me when one team started hopping continents chasing one dude.

Haven't seen captain Philips but the seal who made that 400 yard shot in 20 foot swells is a legend no doubt......hope try depict them right in that.
 
Going to sneak in one last hunt of the season this afternoon. The weather is great for it. Soooo glad the season is over. When you live at deer camp it's hard not to go every day after work. After hunting 80 of 120 days I'm pooped with it.

I just put 2 yearling hindquarters on the green egg. Hope to have some nice meat tonight for dinner.

Off to Vicksburg National Military park with Will tomorrow. May take Red to dinner after if she's game.

Sunday...church and home for the Super Bowl since Tolleson won't have me over.

FRI: Mid South Men's Rally at church with Dad tonight
SAT: drive 40, prep spring garden, dinner at The Manship (any suggestions on what to try, anyone been?)
SUN:Church and Superbowl
MON: (cause i'm off) finish garden, drive 40...maybe consider working on doors.

I don't think the left coast will be able to handle all the awesomeness that is about to descend upon it. Although Georg and his crew of "raffle winners" are already there....
