Friday: Friends coming into town.
Saturday: AM - prep trailer for new owner Afternoon to PM - Opening weekend at OAKLAWN!!!
Sunday: Church, house chores, piddle-fart like an old man

FRI -- another hour or so of work and then dinner at my parents
SAT --? waiting on our son to arrive.....any minute! (every phone call or text has me jumpy)

I'm guessing this is not the same PF tribute band that's going to play at the City Auditorium pretty soon, right? Can't remember the name, so I wasn't for sure.....

No-different band. I've seen the one playing at Duling tonight. THey are great and the venue is perfect-lights and everything. Wish I was going.

Sat-- same thing ( but thank God at home)

All ready on 2 days with no sleep. Nurses check her pulse, blood pressure every 2 hours then he gets hungry on hour 3. Can't wait to get home and get 4 hours at a time.

He gets his first ride in a toyota tomorrow

Lucky's Sandwich Company - french fry sandwich like Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh
Giordano's - badass traditional deep dish
Primehouse - pricey, but they offer authentic dry aged beef...all aged in a Himalayan salt brick lined room in the cellar that they'll let you tour if you ask. I've never had anything like it.

My $0.02: Geno's sucked. Tasted like cornbread with tomato sauce and cheese. Both Ralph Lauren's restaurant (somewhere off Michigan Av.) and Tavern on Rush were both great.
