my weekend has consisted of a trip to the ER for stitches in two fingers, a flooded basement, and a dead Samsung hdtv... pretty s***tacular.

Damn. Story?

all unrelated...

tactical carrot slicing gone awry lead to ER visit.

still not 100% sure what caused the basement flooding.. seems like a drainage problem. Dug out the trenches in the crawl space a bit to see if I can get them flowing better. Won't know until the next big rain.

Capacitors blew in the TV. Known issue with Samsung of that generation.

Came out of it pretty well, though. No nerve damage in the fingers. Samsung covered the repair of my TV. Jrob's guys provided a bit of guidance on sump pumps and drainage. Could have been a lot worse.

Friday - work
Saturday -yard work, hope to sight in a couple of new AR's
Sunday - very little. Go shoot if I dont get it done on Saturday.

Jugging for Catfish tonight with family and Sheely's family. Julie is cooking Chili Rellanos.

Tomorrow, hope to clean/rearrange my shop and combine hunting stuff with shop stuff.

Dinner with Red.

Sunday, church maybe,,,,,sleep maybe. Dunno. Plant some plants.

Fri- Have floor contractor fix a few items he screwed up yesterday. Have contractor refuse to fix them. I refuse to pay. Have contractor attempt to tear up floor already paid for since I was not paying for a effed up floor. Remove contractor with force from my house.

Sat- Go to shortest St. Paddys day parade in Hot Springs.

Sun- church and rest, maybe cook out.

Jugging for Catfish tonight with family and Sheely's family. Julie is cooking Chili Rellanos.

Like an IDIOT, I erased the pictures of the jugging adventure.

When I got home, Sheely had just put out 30 jugs with Chicken Livers.

We grabbed the kids and between 5:30 and 6:30 we landed 16 catfish ranging from 4# to 10#. Total weight was 125# so most were 8 #

It was insane. We could have caught 100 if I had wanted to clean that many fish. Almost 30# of fresh filets.

When I got home, Sheely had just put out 30 jugs with Chicken Livers.
