I know a few things about this:

1) I know that I don’t know what specifc application it's used for. Based on a Google search, maybe automatic transmission work?
2) It is comprised of three pieces (see last pic from an SST manual) and is 3/8" (9.5mm) drive.
3) It comes in its original vinyl pouch.
4) I'll probably never use it.

If you've got a yellow cast iron jack handle that's in really nice shape and have a desire for this set, shoot me a pm. Selling this outright now for $75.
