Found a stray, breed ID

Cute little guy, kinda terrified of me but more than willing to get some love from the ex. Seems like he's gonna be a big boy, we're thinking he's only about 3-4 months by his teeth. Decisions to make now, do I want a third dog, especially a puppy? Anyone wanna venture a guess on breed?
