I might actually have some cores. Not sure if they were for the front or rear though. I'm pretty sure they were the rears.

I have a set of hubcaps for a 40. I bought them brand new about 6 weeks ago and ended up using a different set of wheels. 100.00 if anyone is interested, or trade for something cool for a 40 or 80 . I am in powell or could bring them to the next meeting.

I'm 4 miles east of Seymour, Boyds Creek area. I had surgery last week so I'm limited to what I can do, but I can help YOU change your belts. I'm not familiar with the LX in particular but I'm sure we can figure it out. Does it have old-style belts or a serpentine belt?

Not sure how missed this. Like Jack said, I can help too. Should be a serpentine belt. Let me know when you get it and we can make plans to throw it on.

I have a friend looking for a rear driveshaft for an 84 toyota pickup single cab short bed. Let me know if anyone might be able to help him locate one.

I've got a rear runner shaft, same shaft but you probably find one closer but just let me know.

Today when I went to pick up my 60s, I spotted a 40 sitting on the back of a flatbed in Dandridge at C & L Tractor Parts. Stopped and spoke to a man outside who said it was for sale for $3500. I hated not to, but I didn't go look at it since I can't afford it right now. However, it looked like it might be an ok project if anyone's interested. Lot of surface rust, but from a few yards away, I didn't see any overt body damage or bad glass. The grille was even on right-side-up. The man was working on the building's roof, so I couldn't hear what he said was wrong with it, but he did say it was complete.

@Ridge Runner did he say if it moved under its own power or not?

If he said it, I couldn't hear him, but I was under the impression that it was inoperative.

I should clarify "sitting on a flatbed." I don't think this was a rollback but one of those old flatbed delivery trucks and it looked to have been parked there for a few weeks at least.

The only problem with the truck is it doesn't have a title. I think it's the blue 78 that Nik posted up a couple months ago with the funky rack.

Title's a bummer, although if there are no liens or anything it's easier than a lot of people think to get one. It did have a funky rack on it, so that very well may be it.

RSHARPfjz80 probably has 8 or 10 sets in the barn, but good luck talking him out of a set lol.
