I have a pair of H11 headlights out of a 2021 Tacoma. They fit the low beams and fog lights (per aftermarket but not based on below) of the Tacomas and I believe the 4runners.
The H11s fit a lot of vehicles. They have maybe a dozen hours on them. Free to anyone on here.

That's where I was leaning. Haven't dealt with them lately but I figured they may know of something. I'll see what they say.

I like the TA’s as well. Falken are on my radar as well.
