The fact that the frame is bent and the body is pointing upwards has me thinking this thing was skied before impact. Also look how the rear bed and the DS cab corner is all pushed in as if it bottomed out. Going by the pics I can't see any front or rear end damage:confused:??

I've done collision work for years and more often than not fixing a wreck like that is ALOT more difficult than welding up a rust ridden vehicle. Getting the lines clean on that will pose a serious challenge.

Yes it does look as if had a serious hit!

But it could also be that the body mounts are rotted out. Would be an interesting vehicle to check out. And I work on! I wonder if anyone here on mud has gone out to actually see it. Would like know what they actually see.

Could definitely be the case, and I would love to see some detailed pics of the frame damage.

I would assume (yes we all know what happens when you ASS u ME) that the driver put it in the air and it came down nose front on the front rail he/she said is damaged in the ad. After the first impact the front springs shot it back up followed by a hard impact causing the rear damage along with the front end pointing up seen in the s***ty pics. Again, my 2 cents.

Yeah, I think your right. I just emailed the person to see of he send me pics of the damaged area.

I think that the seller was at the Rubithon and is on Mud. He let several of us out-of-towners park our tow rigs at his place. He was a very up front guy and has a couple of built 40s as well.

I would expect honest and frank answers to your questions.

He was very up front with me. I called wanting it as a parts rig for my 45 and he pretty much talked me out of it.
