does it have a lift? It looks like it sits a bit higher.

I am looking in to getting it up to Pennsylvania - shipping costs
also the lack of title could be a pain in the butt in PA

It does not have a lift, The truck is all stock except the wheels.
I do have a carrier to get a quote from if interest is serious.
