What do you do with leftover pizza ?
We all have it, and some eat it cold and some zap it in the micro wave.
But, any good ideas for re-heating and not ending up with soggy pie.
Anyone get any more creative, and use it in another dish???

And leftover wings?
We (my boys n I) will strip the meat off and use it in a grilled cheese, or a quesadilla.
What do you guys got ?

For the pizza, you can crisp it up a bit and use it as the cheese bread in things like French onion soup especially if you add Parmesan. For the wings, chicken and green chili enchiladas. You can use those wing bones etc to make stock If you have enough. Recepies are online and it’s quicker in a pressure cooker.

The best way to reheat pizza is in a cast iron pan on the stove top. Put a lid or foil over the pan until warm, the bottom will crisp back up. Don't get the pan too hot or it will burn.

To reheat left-over or frozen pizza I just put the slices on an aluminum sheet pan, into the cold oven, turn the oven to 300F and in 12-15 minutes (from frozen...) I have tasty hot pizza. But for some strange reason I don't mind eating a slice or two cold for breakfast the morning after :D
