Good to hear that Greg and Norm were at the IVOAC meeting. Perhaps they have something to add here?

Not a lot to add - really just how bad this ICBC "study" is - and they know it.
The more you find out about it, and their attitude towards it (boils down to "we know there's a problem because it SEEMS like there SHOULD be a problem") the more infuriating it becomes.

The main plan now seems to be a class action lawsuit against ICBC after getting the raw data (which they are legally required to produce after a certain amount ouf time - and haven't) gone through by a statistician. Expect the study to be blown out of the water.

Really, if you have a JDM or even think one day you might like the option of buying one, register over at the IVOAC web site and keep an eye on how this progresses.
