Hello you guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Anyone selling a HOOD SUPPORT for a 1962 fj40? Not sure if they were the same in 63, 64, 65. Maybe someone can shed some light on that. Can't believe I misplaced mine during this restore. Bummer. Needing one with the grommet and I guess a pin went through there as well, if anyone is selling one. Thanks, FJFJFJ

72 is probably the first year the hood rod changed. The hood was a two piece thru thru the 71 model. Starting with the one piece hood in 72 the rod moved to the side. Can get picture of the one on my 70 in a few days. Might be able to get a picture of the one tomorrow off my 68 and compare it to the on a 60 FJ25. 120 here today in downtown Glendale just a couple of miles away. 119 in Phoenix. I little hot to be searching thru non air conditioned garage

Hood support rod
