Sorry I forgot to answere that question on my last post. I don't have an HID setup on mine. Mine are halogen bulbs, the reason I went this route was to do a future HID retrofit on these. In my opinion other people are having better results using the Demo Depo headlights when doing a retrofit.

In any case I'll post a shot of my cut-off patter using the halogen bulbs.

Your fog lights are off the truck in the last pic -- are the hids so good that you don't need them anymore?

I say spray it. I did it to mine and it looks good. I don't have an updated pic of it but I got a landcruiser grill to eliminate all the grinding and cutting. I painted it flat black.

What color temperature are those bulbs? They look to be at least 6000k. You'll pick up a lot of lumens, and much better color rendition by switching to 4300k bulbs.
