Fj62 3fe water pump removal problems - need advice

I yanked the whole A/C system out. Lots of room to work back there now.

How do you put the water pump back on if the studs are pulled.
I'm using FIPG on both sides of the gasket per CityRacer's instructions.
I just don't see how I'll have the time to get everything back on and torqued down before the gasket sets.
