Where were you when I was looking for one?

While I don't have a 60 series the blank next to dimmer switch for interior lights dash on thw FJ62 is the same as the 60 series and not taller like the switches/blanks in the center of the dash. I located a 60 series rear window defrost switch which is a least a push button.

@Living in the Past With an FJ62, I’m pretty sure you have the option to use one of these switches, which are easier to come by than the FJ60 version:
