Just put in new 3 row radiator. Now when I turn on heat, smoke comes out of the vents. Are these related, and what do I do to stop the smoke?

could just be coolant/oil burning off of everything from the work that was done.

Are you sure it’s smoke, does it smell like something is burning? Color? Are you sure it’s not a foggy vapor? Could be a bad heater core.

If it really is smoke, you’d smell it. I doubt it’s smoke from something burning.
The air registers can blow out dirt too. I’ve seen that a few times.
