I have a '94 80 here in Colorado. Here's whats been done:
-Fluids baselined (oil, tranny, radiator, transfer case)
-Tuneup 20k miles ago (plugs, wires, etc)
-New starter
-NEW MAF
-New OME stock height replacement suspension with 30 mm Man-a-Fre spacers
-New Tires LT255/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx
-Oil pump cover gasket replaced
-Hood painted
-Wheels painted
-AJIIK spare tire carrier (not installed yet)
-Trail Tailor Sliders (not installed yet-last set produced until Sept
-Underdawg Fabworx Front Bumper
-CDL Switch installed
-Pesky Heater Hose replaced
-SOR Front seat covers
Known issues:
-Power steering pump leak
-Cats rattle, but passed strict Colorado emmissions.
-Front seat leather torn
-Missing part of rear passenger fender. I'm going to take them all off eventually.
243k miles. Fully loaded with 2 adults, camping gear, and 2 1/4 dogs, weighs 5400 lbs. Mrs Hog loves it, but it's draining time & resources (mods) from the '69 Pig in the garage that she wants moved. Super reliable. No CEL or anything that would deadline it. I've put 20k on it since August.
