Chop top, soft top, hard top, single cab extended or double; lets have pics of pick ups. I'd prefer not to have photochops as they are more of a speculative nature. I have seen several versions of this on this forum, I need to see more.

My thoughts on what I might do. Retain small window in rear doors, and move the rear of the pig up to finish off the back of the cab. Flatbed, and custom canvas bed cover.

Thought that this could have potential..

That last one in the drawing is very cool!

The profile look ok. My fav is the first in the series w/ the canvas top. I think the front seat sits further back than the fotoschops show. I think the extended cab would be needed for the rig to have just the front bench and not be bangin the back of your head on the back window when you take off. What if we abandoned the upper section of the factory rear clip and went straight up w/it at the top of the door line? Kinda like the 70s. I'm still thinkin the extended cab length on the cab, but still only the front bench, and keep the extra space behind the seat for...stuff. The dang pics wouldn't finish uploading so I didn't get a good look at that aussie quad cab...Awesome input, I thought I might be out, standing in my own field.

Lamb, the photochop of the tan 55 with the seat showing in the rear is a fluke.. Not intentional. If I were to do an extended cab, it'd be merely for some storage space behind the front seats. Maybe a spot fo the dog to lay.. Something to that effect.

The white 55 has the back go straight up, and it turned out looking really good. I'd thought about that in my head and it didn't seem to work out, but, I was wrong. I want to find more photos of that white one that was recently built.. Better day time pics from all angles.

I too love the tall canvas top.. Very 70 series... I already plan to run 70 series running/turn lights up front.. It looks better IMO..

The more I think about it, the more I love my last drawing, as jtrock mentioned.. That sure would look sweet on 35's..
