I likey the tube around the fenders, super clean.

What size tub it is and are you gonna tie in the centre of the fender for support to the frame?

we got the engine fired up and broke in. and finished up the front armor.

story time..

Well, those guys got a late start, they had to fix a leaky front output seal on the t-case,(i went and Ran Green Day with some other Friends). They went up poison spider and ran all the way to the Crack, and Instead of continuing out the north way, they came back.. (this is their first time on that trail and did not know better).. They Broke the Rear Drive shaft when they gave it too much Go Juice. Then met up with some Stock/Barley Running Rigs on the trail and continued on Winching and tugging in front wheel drive.

I got a call at around 7pm and did not realize they where going the wrong way.
Day Turned to night and They Lost the Trail, (Just about impossible to see the Trail Markers and Rubber marks on this section of the trail), Got another Call at around 10, and i Rally ed up a friend in Her Built YJ to go help find them, We Gassed up and left town at about 12.. Hulled thru Poison Spider, gold bar, and found them Past the Launch Pad at around 1:30. We used GPS to track the path out, and even then it was hard to find the trail on the way back. we got back to town at around 4AM.. Id like to Apologize if you where woken up by his Diesel, or my PS Belt..

Photos Tonight!

i kept the fj80 stock bump stops and attached them to tubing thats the same size so the coils can drop out at least 8 inches after its extended.

I did this too. My rear coils are mounted inside the frame rail as well. It was designed for front 80 springs, but they were too tall. I ended up using 4Runner springs instead.

I dropped the springs out of the buckets even using the 80 series bump stops. I captured them top and bottom and they work much much better. The rig is far more stable and controlled. It still flexes just fine.

Awesome piggy

We got to see it first hand at the 2008 Tall Corn Cruiser Classic this past weekend. Simply amazing. I've got a nice video that will have to wait as I think it might end up in a dvd compilation of that weekend. It was great to meet ya.

Isn't that Iceman? Were you able to crawl onto that rock plateau (forget the name) near the end of the trail? For that amount of rear flex, are your shocks mounted thru the bed? Running sway bars? I think you need to add an angled piece , near the rear of the front fenders, to finish out the body line transition :D

Yes it was ice man, the plateau we did get!!! the shocks come through the wheel wheels and are mounted to the cage! no sway bars, as for the front fenders, we were thinking about that and just decided not to. it grew on us!!
