For Sale FJ40 Wheeling Project (MA)

Okay going to try to sell the axles, body and Chassis together and drop the price to $1,600 without cage. $2,000 with cage. Comes on roller wheels. See Craigslist ad.

Frame and body set up for spring over, FJ60 axles width in the front FJ40 width in the rear. Stretched to a 103 wheel base. Includes, frame, tub, bib, transmission tunnel, hood, and fenders, steering column and pedal assembly. Set up for SBC engine. Includes front bumper with winch plate (no winch) Saginaw Steering box, 4x4 Labs Steering shaft, SOA FJ60 Axles. Spring perch width is FJ60 front and FJ40 in rear. Longfields, with drive flanges. 4x4 labs high steer arms,Hubs have been drilled for the additional pins. BTF diff cover in rear. Aussie Locker in the front and mini spool in the rear. No brakes on either axle. Knuckles have been rebuilt.

Sweet project. Happen to have a thread documenting the work that's been done so far - spring over, outboarding of front hangers, cut and turn (if done), saginaw gear box setup...stuff like that? Does "setup for SBC" refer to motor mounts already being in place?

Wonder what would it would take to get this to MS...I've got a TBI 350 and turbo 400 just waiting for a project like this.

Didn't cut and turn. SBC mounts in place and are advanced adapters. You would have to fab a tranny mount. Had an SM465 in it at one point. Started a tread but never really kept up on it. Have a bunch of pics I could text you
