Factory tube style mustard tire carrier.

Good shape. What you see is what you get, i have no bolts or the bump stop with it. Sorry.

Previous owner added the bracket shown in photos. I'm not sure 100% what its function was; whether its a brace, hi-lift mount, or backup light mount. Either way, it shouldnt interfere with regular opertion of carrier.
