FJ40 Shift Lever Plate (1 Viewer)

I'm rebuilding a column shifter on my '71 FJ 3speed. There is a rubber seal that is around the shift lever (PN# 33522-30010E). Appears to be discontinued and I cannot find a new/replacement. Anyone have an idea of where I can locate one? Thanks, Tony
