I need a 4spd tranny cover & trans shifter boot for FJ40. Got anything?

do you mean the transimssion top plate or the transmission tunnel? i think i have a tunnel and a boot with the metal retaining ring. i'll get pics up early next week. going to a comp tomorrow!

thanks for the wheel it came in today and is sweet. Do you have a windsheld frame for a 65?

yup, here are a couple of pics. the windshield is cracked but usable. the rubber is ok also. there is a biikini top channel on the windshield and it's got one area where there are a couple of extra screw holes and somebody trimmed the "flash" a very small amount. besides that, it's very straight and rust free.

Ya know, I wrote trans hump then changed it to cover, thinking that wasn't clear enough. It's the trans access cover - tunnel, I need and I'll take the boot & ring, too. I'll be looking for the pics & price. Thanks.

Thanks for posting them pics. On second thought, perhaps, maybe, I better repair my tranny cover . . it would require less welding that yers! I am still needful of a 4-spd boot, though?

yup, it's getting harder and harder to find a clean uncut cover. most of them have mild surface rust likt the one in the pic and most of them have been cut. if yours is worth working with than do so.

i will look for the boot next week. pm me on monday to remind me. i'm trying to get ready for the "fj45 run".
