Fj40 reproduction / custom dash knobs?

I want these, but went to the site and can't find the link to buy the knobs.

there KUSTOM Made to order on a case by case basis because you have choices like LED Diode color

there are also different generation switches and connectors through out the 1970's and into the early 1980's
