Wanted FJ40 OEM Soft Top Ambulance Door Handle/Latch Assembly

Looking for the correct rear door handle assembly for soft top barn doors. I believe the parts I have now are incorrect. Below are a few pictures I took from an older thread, as well as the link to that thread. Not to familiar with the parts needed so any info or pictures are appreciated as well!

My upper outer hinge is not stock but you get the idea. The inside upper one is bent a little too - it should be straight where it latches against the door

I also would like to find the correct handles for my FJ-43 rear doors. Has anyone had any luck tracking these down? I would imagine we will have to find them overseas, being that they were never sold in the US.

If anyone has had any success in locating any rear door handles, please post. Also, as a point of clarity, the handles posted by @FJ40GURU are for the front soft top doors inside handles. They are either RH or LH “sided”.

The part number for the rear inside door handle is 69261-90314.
