Came off of my 1974 FJ40 so it was obviously a conversion. I’ve looked them up and they were mini-truck calipers. S12+8. These were pretty common on early Toyota trucks I guess. I believe they still sell them. I have seen them listed from $50-$150 for each caliper new, so I figured $25 each was fair.
