FJ40 Lift And Other Parts

i have a few parts for sale, everything on this list is in very good to excellent condition. i really need money for school and a few other things. so help a guy out would ya?

- a 2f water pump (unknown condtion, looks ok though) $20 obo
- a 2f starter (same condition as the water pump) $20 obo or buy water pump too for $30
- 1980 steering wheel in perfect condition. $40 obo


all prices are in CAD and i have pics of everything. located near vancouver, bc.

well a few people say they'd give me $900 CAD, but none have put their money where their mouth is yet, i was hoping to get around there. i paid about $1300 for it new and it is still in brand new shape. if you're interested let me know and i can send you pics. super-phat-cat@shaw.ca

This was intalled on your '80? How was the ride? How come you took it off?

yes the lift was on my 1980 fj40. i only had it on for a short time but from the day i had it put on it rode MUCH better than the stock springs. i've never really ridden in another lifted 40 so i can't really compare but i can say that it was far better than the stock ride, i'm sure it would be even better once it is broken in. the reason i took it off is i kinda sold my land cruiser. the guy who bought it only needed from the frame up basically as he is doing some sort of buggy or something so i got to keep a lot of the accessories. which is why my post is here

Sorry, just confirmed with BDS that they do not fit the '81-'83/84 FJ40.
