OK, I assume this is the unDer dash mount style for the diesel hand throttle, mine seems to have had a fuel filter light in thr same small dash plate.

Morning, so just got a call this AM that a buddy of mine had a new one he dug out!! Ilm make sure it's all the right thing, I have the dash plate and brackets, so hope it will bolt right up! If not I'll reach back out for some help.
