Sorry for not posting back. We ended up going to Torfab (http://www.torfab.com) in WA by recommendation of a IH8mud member. They were able to help fix the leaks (both exhaust manifold and carb). I highly recommend Tor's shop. Since the repairs, we've visited Yosemite, Death Valley, Grand canyon and are on our way to Baja. Our website should be up in the next few days for those of you who have a distaste for Facebook. (I'll post it here once it's up) Until then, thanks for all the ideas/recommendations for the repairs.

The road maps got us a few hundred miles. I'm not sure what we're going to do when we need that particular map. It sure isn't the most "back woods" fix we've preformed on her in a pinch. But, the new gaskets sure do seal up the leaks a lot better.
