Not a 25 tub, but in fact an early 40 factory soft top tub...and a mess at that!
...and...none of the tops listed in this ad are designed to fit on this old 40.

I do like the fact it has a brand new crate engine but you need to check the bearings.
Someone wants to pay me $15,000.00 I will sell this real FJ25 and throw in a bunch of odds and ends FJ40 parts. No V8 but it does have the original F135 along with the rest of the original running gear.

Not sure he is off by a zero. It might be worth more than $1,500 with all the parts. But it's not a deal you are going to want to make unless you have a eyes on inventory of what he has and what shape it is in. Around Reno is high desert so the parts could be in good shape or be trashed like the rear sill on the FJ40. It doesn't look like he has worried about taking any special care of his parts which is not a plus.
