No work on the 25 this weekend..........put it to work instead. About 1/4 of the wood in and only one broken shear pin on the PTO.

I guess I'll go play in the 45 forum for awhile.
Jim why don't drill the shear pin hole out and put a 1/4" case hardened bolt that wouldn't break that way I'll know what is the next weakest link, the PTO unit or the winch![]()
Phil, I thought work was your walkabout.................Enjoy, someday I'll make it out there.

Make CM08 the year of the 25! I WILL have something done, Krusty should be done...let's plan an invasion of skinny tires!![]()
That's got possibilities, should be a lot less drama here next year, and the girls have been hinting about a road trip. You going to have a running 25, or will we need to borrow a couple from John #1?

If you guys are takin the 25's to Moab i'll at least bring the 64 and follow along![]()
I'm thinking CM08 would be a great time for a large parts exchange. Maybe our leader should start a new tread with a sticky. Don't forget to include the early 40s too. This would force me to get the axles with the torsen installed switch to the white. So 2008 it is.
John
I'll bring my rusty stuff, you bring your rust free stuff.CM08 does sound good though.
That's a really nice chest, but I like the newer ones. John#3Some guys wives bring wrecked 80's home as projects.........................mine brings home 100 year old chests. A little welding, a little grinding, acid wash, some upholstery left and it'll be good as new.![]()
In that case, I like the newer ones too...................Did John 3 just make a joke?
