FJ Repair in KC

Hello,

I am looking for a mechanic in the KC area that is knowledgable about FJ's and can install power steering and disc brakes on my 1965 model?

@jstouder swears by Bill at Williams Automotive of Lenexa for Toyotas. He's a repair shop, so not sure about conversion work.

I do recommend asking to see some of their work or references and knowledge base.. there are many ways to saddle those 2 horses you are asking about. do you have a preference? LIke .. Stock brakes off newer truck or using your existing diff, inner axles etc..
and steering. do you want saginaw, minitruck, fj60, scout?
Most shops won't touch a "mod" nor will they actually be able to do one.. I know of one shop that would and he will ask for tech when needed..
