you may be interested in a toyota scion radio ($40 -$100)
it is a direct plug and play
you DO have to trim your dash a LIL
the scion unit is made by pioneer
it has a built in amp
some models allow you to plug in an ipod and hook in to xm radio
these units can be found on ebay and on scion forums

the only downside is the radio will illuminate orange when the lights are on......
you CAN disassemble the scion unit and change the color of the lights, but it requires tearing apart a perfectly good unit
