Hi, my 2007 HZJ79 came without factory lockers. I am not interested in buying aftermarket lockers from ARB or TJM for my rig.

MY question is whether its possible for me to order the factory lockers kit from Toyota and fix it?

Yes, you can order a new front diff, same for the rear - but you will also need a new long spline axle as well so the lcoker can slide on the shaft. For wiring you can either wire it yourself or buy all the wiring harnesses and switches - relays etc. The truck is already wired for the lockers.

the front locker does not require a long spline axle shaft. The rear does (for full floating types only).

routing the brain box in can be done, but alternate wire solutions might be less expensive (search the forums).

...and don't listed to Z()LTAN, he is just mad he can't spend the money on factory equipment.

I put a locker in my HZJ79, it was slightly used out of a 100 series. It is the newer type lockerwith 32 spline shaft - not the older type - so not just any hzj7X locker and shaft will work. I also wired up my own - probably save a thousand or more by doing it that way and I used better wiring, soldered the connections etc.
