I want to use my original section of trans coolant hard line and adapt it to 6AN flex line. I need a 6AN to 10mm Compression fitting. Can't seem to find one. I got a 6AN to 3/8 compression but don't think I can make that 3/8 I.D go over the 10mm hard line. Ideally a 6AN to the original flare on the land cruiser but I think I'm dreaming. Any good source for the fittings I need?

I have some from Summit and they are 3/8 which isn't quite right for 10mm. I've searched their site but haven't called them.

The better solution would be to use a female 6AN tube nut and flare the hardline.

sometimes I wonder why I even bother trying to help some people.

New hard lines are not that hard to make. Use the tube nuts that Matt recommended.

That's a really nice job. What size hard tubing is that? Did you have the radiator with ports that fit the original LC fittings coming out of the radiator.
I guess I really wanted to use the original section of the LC hardline, but I'm abandoning that idea.

It’s also quite aggravating to be told that your first-hand experience is wrong by the person who asked the question.

The original reason I didn't think it would work is because I couldn't see how .375 inside diameter of the compression fitting, fits over .395 which is what my hardline outside diameter is. It was just a simple observation. I didn't want to remove material from the outside of the hardline to get the .375 ID compression fitting to slide over it if there was a true 10mm option. I thought someone might say " no there isn't an option" or " the tube nuts I sent you to in the link will work even though they are 3/8". I guess you have to be careful about how you communicate with the vendors. My sincere apologies for my apparent offense.
