Considering getting these two items:

Skids: SKID PLATES
Recovery hook: RECOVERY POINTS

ARB only lists LC200 as the compatible model. Can anyone confirm that these will fit the LX570? I searched for the part numbers throughout the site, but didn't come up with anything useful.

I wouldn't normally ship these to Canada (or buy in Canada), but have an opportunity to pick up some items in the US in two weeks' time, so I want to place the order ASAP if fitment will work.

You should be fine. Everything underneath is mechanically identical. Only exception has been rear bumper fitment due to AHC reservoir and pump behind the rear wheel.

Skids are on my 2010 LX without issue. Recovery point will fit as well, but I would suggest Trail Tailor and at $125 for the pair, can't go wrong. That's what I went with. They're beef.

Reviving this thread.

Looks like ARB changed the design of the skidplate slightly, most notably the transfer case skid (it used to hang off the transfer case, now it looks like it connects to the frame?)

Has anyone used the new design on the LX570? ARB website only list compatible with LC.

Did they list LX as compatible for the old ones? I had the old ones and they bolted right up. No substantial frame differences between the LC and LX other than the AHC on the outside of the frame rails and the 5th accumulator on the inside driver rear of the frame.

No they did not list the LX as compatible on the old style or new. I am guessing they would fit fine but hoping to get some confirmation.

Not sure why ARB wouldn't confirm fitment on the LX. If the underside between the frame rails is mostly the same between LC and LX, it seems like this would be an easy check and potential to sell more product. But I am reminded of the base rack shark fin debacle.

The frame rails between the LC200 and LX570 are identical in the relevant span — ARB just has a CYA policy about not listing the LX because it wasn't part of their fitment testing program. I've fitted the older CKMA-series skids to an LX570 (2010 model) and everything lined up without any modification. The only caveat I've heard on the new TC skid design is that the bracket geometry changed to avoid a mounting conflict that existed on some earlier models, but functionally it should be the same story.

Call ARB tech support directly — they're pretty candid off the record compared to what their website will commit to. In my experience they'll tell you it should work fine but they can't officially say so. The people doing the actual answering know these platforms well.
